RewardSurvey $1,000 Gift Card Sweepstakes — Last Updated: August 1, 2026

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Bright Horizon Media LLC ("Sponsor"), located at 1250 Commerce Blvd, Suite 200, Dallas, TX 75201, United States. Email: [email protected].

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on August 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 31, 2027, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes consists of twelve (12) Monthly Entry Periods and approximately fifty-two (52) Weekly Entry Periods during the Sweepstakes Period. Each Monthly Entry Period begins on the first day of the calendar month at 12:00 AM ET and ends on the last day of the calendar month at 11:59 PM ET.

5. How to Enter

Online Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.varokilumen.vu (the "Website") and complete the online survey consisting of five (5) multiple-choice questions about your shopping preferences. After completing the survey, provide your valid email address and confirm your agreement to these Official Rules, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Service. You will receive one (1) entry per email address per Monthly Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person per Monthly Entry Period.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without completing the survey, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: RewardSurvey Sweepstakes Entry, Bright Horizon Media LLC, 1250 Commerce Blvd, Suite 200, Dallas, TX 75201. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the applicable Monthly Entry Period and received within seven (7) days after the end of that period. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per Monthly Entry Period.

6. Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded during each Monthly Entry Period:

Total approximate retail value of all prizes during the full Sweepstakes Period: $338,000. Gift cards are subject to terms and conditions of the issuing retailer. No cash alternative or prize substitution is allowed except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Monthly Grand Prize and Runner-Up winners will be selected by random drawing on or about the first (1st) business day following the end of each Monthly Entry Period from all eligible entries received during that period. Weekly Prize winners will be selected by random drawing on or about the Friday following the end of each weekly period. All drawings will be conducted by an independent sweepstakes administrator whose decisions are final.

Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. Potential winners must respond within fourteen (14) calendar days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified time period, or if a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable entry period. Estimated odds for Monthly Grand Prize: approximately 1 in 50,000 (based on expected entry volume).

9. General Conditions

By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and independent administrator, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause that corrupts or affects the fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

10. Limitations of Liability

Sponsor and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents shall not be responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, or illegible entries; (b) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (c) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a prize; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at www.varokilumen.vu/privacy.html. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any dispute or claim arising from or related to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas or the appropriate Texas State Court located in Dallas County, Texas. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

13. Winners List

For names of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within sixty (60) days after the end of the applicable Monthly Entry Period to: RewardSurvey Winners List, Bright Horizon Media LLC, 1250 Commerce Blvd, Suite 200, Dallas, TX 75201. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
